From Wisconsin to North Dakota.

So I've been on the road for days and days. Destination? Missoula Montana. Why? To see my favorite photographers of course and stand in golden fields with them at magic hour and point our camera's at the sun dropping below the earth.
This is has been such a trip so far. Such a trip. I stopped in Wisconsin to see my so very good friend Christy. I ended up staying an extra days because it's been nine months since I last seen her and that's just too long. The last night of my stay Wes built us a great fire and we just sat out back around the fire and played with our camera's and the fire light.

I left yesterday morning and headed west across Minnesota and well into North Dakota. My first pilgrimage to MT, I drove across South Dakota and I kept looking north wondering what was above me, plus I wanted to knock North Dakota off my "state's I've visited" list. It's a pretty great list. Anyway I'll zip it for now. Here are some images of my travels from Wisconsin to North Dakota. I'll be in Montana with in about an hour or so(well if I ever stop blogging).

Every fracking bug in North Dakota has found it's way to my windshield, however, the effects are fun for photography.

How awesome! I would love to just get in my car and drive across the country and take pictures. Your pictures are great. I like the one of the old mailbox by the field. Can't wait to see more!
